How do I book a class?
How far out can I book a class?
You can book 7 days prior to class.
Do you have showers?
We have two private showers available to members - towels and toiletries available.
Is there a late cancel/no show policy?
YES, you have up until 8 hours to cancel your pre-booked class. If you cancel inside the 8 hour window you will be charged $8.88 and lose that class credit (if using a class pack or drop-in.)
*We will always work with you for any emergency late cancels.
Do I need to bring any equipment?
All equipment is provided for both LIFT and RIDE classes.
We have two filtered water dispensers available to refill your personal bottle as well as water bottles for sale for $1.
Do you offer water?
General rule of thumb is to arrive 10 minutes prior to a LIFT or RIDE class to set up your bike or bench.
*If there is a waitlist your bench or bike will be given to the members on the waitlist 1 min prior to class.

FOR RIDE- if you are 3 min late or more you will be asked to book another time.
FOR LIFT- if you are 5 min late or more you will be asked to book another time.
What if Iām going to be LATE?
Do you offer shoe rental?
YES, we have shoe rentals and charge $2 for each rental.
What style clips do I need on my shoes?
Our Stages bikes have both SPD and DELTA clips.
